2009 Season Update
The Savoy Cardinal Football team has been hard at work this year, continuing to build a football program that the people of Savoy can be proud to be associated with. The boys worked hard all summer in preparation for the season ahead of them. We are currently 1-2, both losses coming in Varsity competition. We are playing higher caliber opponents this year in order to prepare us for the seasons ahead. Though we have lost both varsity competitions, one against 2A Bells, and the other against a powerful TAPPS program, we have gained valuable experiences from both games. Experiences that we can forward with us, not just in the coming weeks, but also the coming years. Below is a link the school calendar football schedule, which is updated regularly. |
