I just discovered her this summer! I read about ten of her books and they were wonderful!
Hobbies: Playing piano, reading books, collecting bells and magnets from places I've traveled.
Places I went this past summer: San Juan, Puerto Rico; Salisbury, NC; Hampton, VA; Bartlesville, OK (Frank Lloyd Wright's Price Tower); and our nation's capital... Washington D.C.!!!

I am also mom to three grown kids: Dave Hoak, Trisha Linton, and Chrissy Hoak.
I am Grandma-Lydia to twelve Hoakie-Polkies (our grandkids).
I live at the Hoakie-Polkie Ranch in Ector, Texas.
I am co-owner of two Hoakee Polkee Coffee Shops in Ector and Savoy.
