Summer Workout Schedule

 

Cardinal Summer Strength and Conditioning 

 

  • For incoming 7th-12th Graders only who attend Savoy ISD.
  • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
  • 5:30pm – 7:30pm
  • Weights and Conditioning ONLY! (Contact Clay Wilson for questions cwilson@savoyisd.org)

Dates:

Week 1: June 15th-18th (Closed Wednesday)

Week 2: June 22nd-25th (Closed Wednesday)

Week 3: June 29th- 30th (Closed Wednesday& Thursday) Observance of Independence Day

Week 4: July 6th- 8th (UIL Dead Days) No school Facilities can be used

Week 5: July 13th – 16th (Closed Wednesday) Last week of workouts due to 2-week closure before two-a-days start.

Covid-19 Precautions

  • ATHLETES WILL BE SCREENED DAILY
  • EQUIPMENT DISINFECTED BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER WORKOUTS
  • HAND SANITIZING STATIONS WILL BE PROVIDED
  • NO SHARED OR SCHOOL SUPPLIED WATER
  • WORKOUTS DESIGNED TO ENSURE PROPER DISTANCING

Students & Staff will NOT be allowed if they or any members of their household are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Chills/Headaches
  • Sore Throat
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • Diarrhea
  • Known contact with a person who is confirmed to have Covid-19
