No. Enrolling your child in Savoy ISD through Open Enrollment does not affect your property taxes. Property taxes are determined by the state and your local taxing authorities based on where you live - not by the school district your child attends.
Savoy ISD is a public school district, and there is no tuition for Open Enrollment students. In Texas, funding follows the student based on daily attendance (not just enrollment), meaning school districts are supported by the students they serve, regardless of where the student lives.
